-lots of space in fridge and freezer
-house is very quiet at night
-high speed Wi-Fi with Bell Canada
-all furniture is brand new, including mattress
-available September 1st
-no need to sign a lease, month to month is fine
-no smoking
-no pets
- first and last month’s rent required upfront
-$100 key deposit
