This is not a party house, it’s a clean, quiet environment meant for study or quiet enjoyment. Must participate in cleaning duties and clean up after yourself daily.

We provide all cleaning supplies as well as toilet paper at no extra cost . We also have hired a lawn care service, and snow removal service, throughout the summer and winter, at no extra cost to the tenant.


No drinking, no smoking, no drugs, no friends over.
