I am looking to rent out a den for my suite in a 4 years old condo at Riverside Toronto. The rent is $1100 (negotiable) per month which includes unlimited internet and utilities.

Some information on the unit:
Unit: furnished den (8’6” x 9’0”)
Sliding door
Bathroom, kitchen, living room shared
Laundry available in suite
Building amenities include a fitness center
Location: 30 Baseball Place, Toronto (Riverside)
10 minutes streetcar ride(24H) to Queen station, from where you can easily get to University of Toronto, Ryerson, and other various locations in Downtown Toronto
Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, Distillery District, lakefront, etc

I would prefer a clean and quiet student or a full-time worker, and you will be living with the home owner who is a male student at University of Toronto myself. No smoking or large pets are allowed, and no overnight stays from friends, please. Leases lasting at least for the full school year are preferred, but I am open to talks for shorter term leases. The earliest move in date will be starting September.
