All inclusive (heat, hydro, central air, laundry, unlimited high speed wireless internet, parking,) I also cover household items such as dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, toilet paper etc. A cleaning service comes once every 2 weeks to clean the common areas.

Room is 11x10. The bedroom door has a lock. Furnished: double bed with bedding, lamp, mirror, wardrobe with hangers, dresser,desk/chair and black-out curtain on the window. $900 all inclusive. A last month's rent deposit is required

Use of backyard, decks, bbq, fire pit.
