You will be sharing the house with two quiet, clean male working professionals. We are offering this room at a below-market rate to help out a student or young professional starting their career. In exchange, we are strictly looking for someone who shares our values: mature, respectful of quiet hours, and incredibly tidy in the shared spaces.
The Details:
Rent: $650/month (Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi included).
Term: Month-to-month agreement.
Available: October 1st.
What is Included:
Fully furnished private bedroom (includes bed frame and a mattress).
Dedicated refrigerator space and a couple of kitchen cabinets. (Note: Please bring your own cooking utensils/dishes, as these are not shared).
Shared use of the kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities at agreed pre-scheduled time slots.
Shared washroom (shared with only one other person).
House Rules & Restrictions:
NO PARKING AVAILABLE. Public transit within walking distance and Sunrise Mall (all essential shops) is within 2km.
This is a quiet, shared house. Access is restricted to your bedroom, the kitchen, the dining area, and the shared bathroom. The main floor living room, TV area, deck, and others are strictly for the owner's use.
Single occupancy only. No overnight guests. No smoking, vaping, or pets.
