I have a room available for rent in my huge house close to downtown and 17th Ave. This is a unique house with great character!

Kitchen, laundry facilities, living room, storage area and parking are all available for you to use. There is easy public transportation to EVERYWHERE, especially U of C, ACAD, SAIT and Mount Royal.

Utilities included (electricity, heat, water and Internet). We also get a cleaning service of public spaces every few weeks that is included in the price.

Looking for responsible non-smokers. Security deposit required. Super sorry we can’t accept any pets. We have tried in the past and found it is just too much.
