The apartment includes a laundry machine in the building, and parking is available for an additional fee. Hot water and heat are included, but power and internet are not included. The apartment also only allows cats.

The lease runs until May 31, 2024, with the option to renew. Please note that landlord approval is required for the lease assignment.
