Seeking independent counsellor, therapist or psychologist to rent space.

Renting out one of two offices. This space could be rented out exclusively OR shared with another counsellor.

The space is best suited for counselling youth, adults and/or couples clients.

Availability is 7 days a week with some evenings. Costs are dependent upon arrangement. Space is available for December 1.
Preference given to renters interested in at least 3/4 days a week. Not seeking a renter interested in less then 2 days or evenings a week.

Office building has kitchenette, public washrooms, parking, security, conference room for use and is clean and private.

Office comes with wifi and the use of 2 waiting rooms in the main foyer. All furnishings are brand new. There is a filing cabinet and some storage.

Weekly cleaning services, included.
