I have a spacious furnished room in midtown at Eglinton and Keele. It is a 5 min walk to transit, grocery stores, restaurants and shoppers drug mart.

Room has a queen size bed, with dresser and desk.
Rent is $875 and includes everything so no bills (all the utilities, wifi, air conditioning and laundry)

It has a nice shared backyard space, cleaning lady comes once per month to tidy common areas.
