RENTING ONE ROOM IN MY HOUSE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REPLYING:
-no sharing rooms (single occupancy only)
-no pets due to my allergies
-must be employed making over 35k per year with job letter, pay stubs, references and bank statements showing work deposits

I have a spacious furnished room available for September 1st in midtown at Eglinton and Keele. It is a 5 min walk to transit, grocery stores, restaurants and shoppers drug mart.

Room has a queen size bed, with dresser and desk.
Rent is $950 and includes everything so no bills (all the utilities, wifi, air conditioning and laundry)

It has a nice shared backyard space, cleaning lady comes once per month to tidy common areas.
