Rooms can be furnished furnished for extra $25 per month ($730). The bed in the pictures is a single, but the room will be furnished with a double. Rest of the furniture will be the same as in the pictures. If you were to bring a bed we can accommodate something as well.

This home is in a fantastic location with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and the University of Manitoba is only 10 minute drive.

Unfortunately only a cat as a pet can be accommodated at the house. Never had a pet in the house before but I'm open to the idea.
