- Shared bathroom with me, the owner of the house
- Big kitchen with new appliances included: large fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave range
- Washer and dryer are upstairs
- utilities included: hydro, gas, high-speed wifi
- Month to month with first and last month rent required

- Street parking on a very quiet street available
- 3 year old detached house located in Half-Moon Bay community, across from park and pond
- 15 minute walk to bus stop to Barrhaven Town Centre, Algonquin, Downtown
- 5 minute drive to Minto Community Centre (Gym swimming pool)
- 7 minute drive to Barrhaven Town Centre (Loblaws, LCBO, Dollarama, Shoppers and more shops and restaurants)
- 10 minute drive to Costco and the 416 highway ramp
- 25 minute drive to Downtown via highway
- 25 minute drive to Carlton U via Prince of Whales Dr.
- Access to riverside parks and trails within 15-30 minutes
