you can have your own microwave / toaster downstairs to make it more of a private area for yourself if you wish. You will have a key to the basement door and the back entrance would be strictly yours .
Laundry is attached to the back room of the basement area with a storage area for your clothing belongings etc.

850.00 includes water hydro wifi
