We (a family, two adults and two kids) live in the main suite upstairs and we do have a 4 year old Golden Retriever, he is very sweet and gentle. Sound will travel downstairs, however kids are in school/ daycare throughout the day and sleep at 7 pm - 7 am. We have adjusted the rate and furnished this apartment to compensate for any inconvenience
In the suite there is one area that has a lower ceiling. Anyone below 5’5” will have no issue. The additional room also has the lower ceiling.
Our ideal tenant is known to family and comfortable with our children/ Dog.
