Furnished bachelor basement apartment with private bathroom and private entrance available for full time professionals and students. Located in a quiet Downsview neighborhood, we welcome both domestic and international students and professionals. The apartment can be rented for both long and short term stays. Girls only, please.

Our home is situated in a clean, safe, and pleasant residential area. It is just a 3-minute walk to the nearest TTC bus-stop, which takes you to Downsview subway station. It is also just a 5-minute walk to York University of Toronto campus and all nearby stores, transportation, and highways. Parking is available for an additional $50 per month.

If you wish to share a room with another person, the rent will be $200 extra per month. We are looking for responsible, clean, and friendly individuals for residential living purposes. All bills are included, such as wireless internet, electricity, gas, and water. Shared common areas include the kitchen, which will be shared with one other girl, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Our home has a strict no smoking (cigarettes or marijuana), heavy drinking, drugs, partying, pets, or birds policy.
