All stores, transportation, and highway are easily accessible. Parking is available for an additional $50 per month. If you wish to share a room with another person, the rent will be an extra $200 per month.

We are looking for quiet and responsible individuals who are clean and friendly. All bills, including wireless internet, electricity, gas, and water, are included in the rent. The common areas are shared, including the kitchen with one girl and the laundry with a washer and dryer. Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana), heavy drinking, drugs, parties, pets, and birds are not allowed due to allergies.
