The apartment can be rented for both long and short term stays. Situated near Downsview, Keele, and Sheppard, it's just a 3-minute walk to the TTC bus stop, providing easy access to Downsview subway station. It's also just a 5-minute walk to York University of Toronto campus, as well as all stores, transportation, and highways.


Parking is available for an additional $50 per month. If you prefer to share the apartment with someone else, the rent will be an extra $200 per month. We are looking for quiet, clean, and responsible individuals to join our community.


All bills are included in the rent, including wireless internet, basic cable TV, electricity, gas, and water. You'll also have access to shared common areas, including the kitchen (shared with one other girl) and laundry facilities.


Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy (cigarettes or marijuana), no heavy drinking, no drugs, no parties, and no pets or birds allowed. Also, for the safety of our residents, we cannot allow any curry or spicy cooking in the apartment.
