This furnished bachelor basement apartment is perfect for full time professional or student girls. It comes with a private bathroom and private entrance, and is available starting May 2024. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Downsview, we also welcome international students and professionals. This apartment can be rented for both long and short term stays.

The apartment is situated in a clean, safe, and pleasant residential area. It is only a 3-minute walk to the nearest TTC bus-stop, which takes you to the Downsview subway station. It is also conveniently located only 5 minutes away from York University of Toronto campus, as well as various stores, transportation options, and highways. Parking is available for an additional $50/month. Please note that if you wish to share a room with another person, the rent will be $200 extra per month.

For residential living purposes, we are looking for quiet, clean, and responsible individuals who are also friendly. All bills are included in the rent, including wireless internet, electricity, gas, and water. You will also have access to shared common areas, such as the kitchen (shared with one other girl) and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Please note that smoking (cigarettes or marijuana), heavy drinking, drugs, parties, pets or birds, and cooking with strong spices like curry, are not allowed in the house out of consideration for any allergic individuals living in the house.
