For 1 person staying alone in that room, it costs $645 per month all-included.

Near the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station.

Very bright room, good size, with a huge window, a large double bed (we call it "QUEEN" size in North America), very comfortable mattress, 2 large dressers with 6 drawers, and large wall storage space (wardrobe/closet). In addition, I provide bedding and towels. Just bring your suitcases!

Internet, Electricity, Hot Water, Washer and Dryer in the kitchen.

Beautiful, well-lit apartment (despite being on the ground floor) with large windows, a FULLY equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a mini-bathtub. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room.

Easy parking (no sticker). 3 minutes by car from the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station. And 3 buses take you to the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station in a few minutes. The 141 (frequent all the time), the 186 (normal) and the 187 (frequent during rush hours, normal outside of rush hours). Otherwise, if you prefer to walk in nice fall (and late summer) weather, the metro is 1.5 km away on foot. Depending on your speed, it should take between 15 and 21 minutes (18 minutes on average).
