One person per room

Hi! I've got one fully furnished bedroom for rent starting Dec 1st for 1 month only!

Room has blackout curtains, double size bed w drawers underneath, Kingsdown mattress, night table, desk, chair, bulletin board, huge closet & closet organizer.

The house is right beside the 111 bus route to Carleton) and the 86 bus route.
Rent includes all utilities, laundry use, kitchen use, high speed unlimited internet, toilet paper, laundry detergent/bounce dryer sheets, paper towels & cleaning supplies!

Food isn't included, but you will have dedicated shelf space in the fridge/freezer and cupboards for your stuff!
