Where: 15 min walk to Downtown Kerby Station. Very close to Denny’s on 17th Ave, very central and next door to downtown. Tons of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars within walking distance. Great night life!

FREE: Use of towels and linens/blankets. WIFI. Gym access. Downtown core train, free portion. All kitchen utensils and appliances including dishwasher, fridge, mini oven/air fryer and espresso machine. Rebounder and mobility movement equipment for exercise. We can also lend you a bike if you need one to get around!

RULES:

- No smoking/alcohol in apartment (alcohol is negotiable if renting for full month)
- No visitors (unless you're renting the entire place)
