I am looking for a female to sublet my room in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue (H9X1H8).

It is a spacious apartment currently shared by two people including me (You only have one roommate).

We have 3 bedrooms (1 large bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms), a large living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a storage room. My roommate's areas are two smaller bedrooms, and mine is the largest bedroom and living room. We share the kitchen, bathroom and storage room.

I am subletting the largest bedroom and the living room (never used by my roommate), offering a generous amount of space for your activities! My furniture is available for giving and purchase.

Rent: $800/month, excluding internet and electricity. Lease ends in June 2025, with the option to renew directly with the landlord.

Only 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to McGill's Macdonald Campus. Just a 3-minute walk to the main street in Ste Anne.
