Lease Takeover Opportunity (Jan 1. 2025 - Feb 28. 2025)

I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025.

However, You can move in as early as December 25, 2024, in the afternoon without fee, as the house will be vacated by the morning of December 25.

Key Details:

- Lease Term: January 1, 2025 – February 28, 2025 (with the option to renew with landlord at $1,650 per month from March 1 2025)

- Monthly Rent: $1,600 (includes heat, water, and one parking spot)

- Utilities: Electricity and internet are not included

- Furnishing: Unfurnished (photos show the unit without furniture from when we moved in; during a viewing, you’ll see it with our furniture)

- Laundry: In-suite washer and dryer

- Location:

•5 minutes by car or 18 minutes on foot to Chinook Mall
•1 minute on foot to a bus stop with direct routes to downtown
•4 minutes by car to Rockyview General Hospital

Looking for No pet, non-smoker.
May need reference check or job letter.
