The house is very quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of safe secure parking.
The rent for this room to live on/site is 700 per month 500 deposit. (If used as a live out studio, office or workshop the rent is 500 400 deposit.
I currently have it set up with a very comfortable, bed chair, lamp and table.
The rent includes all of the utilities and Wi-Fi. It has a large shared country kitchen and shared laundry as well.
