I have a little house in Lakeside that I'll be renting for the winter as I'll be away for work. The house is very central, located about 20 minutes from downtown Halifax and just outside of Bayers Lake.

I'm pretty flexible on dates, between December 15 to May. Short-term rental only.

The rent is $2200 plus electricity, water, and internet. We heat the house with electricity and the wood stove. We've got a huge stack of wood for you to use included in the price.

Fully furnished. Fenced-in backyard and pet-friendly. Parking included. 1.5 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms, the small bedroom on the main floor is currently set up as an office.
