Private bed and bath, fully furnished room. Shared kitchen and laundry. Shared spaces require shared cleaning responsibilities. Garbage removal (taking to the curb) is also a shared responsibility.

Wifi and utilities are included as well as parking. If a parking spot is required, snow removal is a shared responsibility within the winter months.

First and last month’s rent required as well as two references. Month to month rental, 2 months notice is required upon leaving.

There is a dog in this home, if you’re scared or nervous of dogs this is not the place for you.

If the AD is still up the room is available, I WILL NOT RESPOND TO “is this available”.
