I am looking for a tenant to occupy 1 of 2 bedrooms (fully furnished) in my beautiful home in Kanata.

The house is very well managed and taken care of. Looking for clean, quiet, responsible, and friendly person. The roommate will have their own private bathroom, access to a shared: kitchen (dishwasher), living/dining room, and laundry room.

Rent is $800 and includes all utilities with no additional fees. A rental agreement will be required, including first and last month's rent.

There is no parking, but plenty of street parking surrounding the house.

I have a cat and no additional pets will be allowed.

The house is located in Kanata South with OC Transpo just outside the door, and only minutes to multiple grocery stores, the 416/417, and many other ammenities.
