Churchland Park is our newest building and opened in the fall of 2013. We are nestled below the University of New Brunswick Campus overlooking Queen’s Square Park, in the heart of the Fredericton downtown core. Churchland Park will provide you with a residence that feels warm and inviting. Our location offers the convenience of downtown city life, while preserving the charms of a quaint village.
