Unit: My fully furnished apartment is east facing (beautiful sunrises) with lots of natural light. It is an open concept layout with the kitchen, dining island, home office, and living room all in one space. Big screen TV, board games, and a bright, colourful interior design.

The bedroom is more of a half bedroom. There is no door but there is a private bedroom space with a window to the kitchen which lets in a nice morning light. Bed is queen size.

If you work from home, there is a nice home office space in the living room.

The appliances are quite new and modern. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven. Nespresso coffee machine and an Aeropress coffee machine.

Bathroom: Large glass enclosed shower. New laundry machine and dryer combo. Vacuum, clothing rack, towels, etc.

Amenities: Condo gym, outdoor pool, BBQ. No private parking.

Utilities: All utilities are included in the price: internet, electricity, water, heat.

Requirement: You will receive the unit key and building fob when the first & last month deposit is made.
