There is a full kitchen with hidden appliances, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and coffee machine. Lofted queen bed with memory foam mattress. Spa-like bathroom with floor to ceiling herringbone marble tile. Projector with 8 foot screen. Single futon that can become twin bed.

Parkdale is home to little Tibet and some of the best vintage shopping in Toronto. You're also steps from Queen West shopping and dining, and about 15 minutes walk to the Ossington strip and 20 minutes to Trinity Bellwoods. I often run on the lake, which is about 10 minutes away on foot.

There is public transit steps away and a Bike Share dock around the corner. 25 minutes and 15 minutes drives away from Pearson and Billy Bishop Airports, respectively.

I have been living here for around 4 years with the same neighbours and the building has a community feel. I ask that you be respectful of my neighbours and noise, especially at night. There is some sound/smell transfer; thus, no parties, or cannabis use inside please.
