Room available in fully furnished heighted and spacious basement. Basement height is almost 9 Feet. One big hall, 1 spacious kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. Separate entrance. This includes everything, Utilities, wifi, snow removal, etc. The entire basement is 3 rooms one room is occupied by me and my partner. First and last month rent required. No restrictions regarding friends coming over, parties, gatherings, etc. Just have to be mindful of not making too much noise. One priority is 'CLEANLINESS' as both rooms have been asked to vacate for not taking care of cleanliness.
