Fully furnished in a new building with new appliances. View of Mont Royal from living room. Very spacious for 2 people (Queen bed), and couch which pulls out into a comfy bed as well (so can sleep 4 total). Lots of great natural lighting, even on cloudy days. Parking across the street in a paid lot, or on the street.
