-3 minutes walk to the OC train and bus stop
-1 minute walk to the convenience store
-10 minutes to the University of Ottawa
-10 minutes to Rideau mall
-Rental fee includes internet, hydro, water, heating
-Deposit for the first and last month's rental fee
-Also cleaning and key deposit for $200, If there is no damage, then I’ll give you back this deposit
-If you pay three months' rental fee at once, I'll give you a $300 discount.
