Private basement room ensuite with bed, study table and's private bathroom with a kitchenette and cooktop. Minimum of 4 nights, $70 per night for one person, $490 per week, $80 for two persons, $ 560 per week.
It’s a 5 minutes walk to Martingrove bus stop. 10 minutes walk to NoFrills at Albion Mall, 7minutes drive to Woodbine Casino and Woodbine Mall, 5Minutes drive to Humber College and 12 minutes drive to Pearson International Airport.
Furnished room, kitchenette with cooktop, mini fridge,microwave,linens set, and free laundry are provided.
Government issued valid photo ID is required. No illegal activities are allowed.No drinking, no parties, no pets and no smoking.
Laundry time is Saturday and Sunday only other time is prohibited.
Check in time is after 3:00pm and check out is 12:00pm. Please be clean, quiet and respectful. Loud noise is not allowed especially early morning and night time.
Cancellation policy: Cancel four days before your check-in for a full refund. Otherwise, guests are only entitled to a 50% refund if less than four days.
