Tender must be:
- in writing with a certified cheque (payable to the undersigned) for 5% of the offered price as a deposit; and

- placed in a sealed envelope which reaches the undersigned by 10:00 a.m. CST on September 1, 2024.

Balance of offered price is payable by cash or financing arrangements (satisfactory to the undersigned) when notice of intention to accept the offer is given.

Cheques of unsuccessful tenders will be returned.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
