FOR SALE BY TENDER- TAX TITLE PROPERTY
The Village of Chamberlain is offering for sale by public tender the following land due to tax arrears.
Legal Description: Lots 18, 19, 20 & 21, Block 6, Plan AI182
Civic Address: 606 Sutherland Avenue, Chamberlain, SK
The property is sold under the following conditions:
1. The property is sold as is, where is – without warranty. The village is not fully aware of the conditions of the property.
2. The village does not provide a survey or reference plan for any parcel of land subject to tax sale.
3. The onus is on the tenderer to conduct his/her own inspection of the property. The village makes no representations as to the quality of the land and/or buildings being sold.
4. This property is subject to Section 36(1) of the Tax Enforcement Act where a person was deemed to be a tenant to the municipality and as such is subject to the Landlord and Tenant Act, 2006
5. The purchaser is responsible for fees of Transfer Title.
6. Once the successful bidder has been notified, they will have 21 days to present the full purchase price.
