Clean and open living. 2 baths. Insuite laundry. Available storage space for you as well. Private fridge, with available freezer space for you as well. Shared kitchen, but it's wide open with all amenities, and not always used.
Your heat, power, cable, internet, water, and central Air included in your rent.
This is also a free super chill home, so LGBQ, 4/20 etc friendly. Smoking in ventilated areas. Also, you will always be treated kindly with respect here, as we're pretty awesome people. Your guests or friends can also come and go freely as well, as long as they are honest and respectful too.
Your parking is on the side street at the front of the buildings, but it is very stable and very safe. As there are several really nice homes there, and many of them park there as well.
This will suit preferably a younger working guy who is honest and respectful and relatively clean. Prefer stable longer term, but will consider something possible shorter term on a narrower criteria.
Rent is $650 per month all in, plus $650 (than can be split paid if need be for you).
