Looking for two female roommates for unfurnished rooms in a 2100 sqft brand new house with shared open concept common space (living room, kitchen, laundry, and the upstairs bathroom will be shared by two tenants).

Located in the quiet community of MOUNT HOPE, 15 minutes from downtown Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Limeridge Mall, and Mohawk College and 20 minutes to McMaster University.

About myself:

I work from home and have a small very friendly hypoallergenic dog.

I see home as a place to recharge and relax and would align with others who enjoy quieter evenings. I value community and enjoy occasional gatherings and prioritize open communication and consent regarding this.

I’m still practicing COVID safety, such as masking in public spaces, and I’m looking for people who are also practicing COVID safety.

Currently at capacity for cats/dogs.
