I have quite a large room for rent in my basement. It actually used to be a den but I converted to a bedroom for a family member who has recently passed.
This is in the basement and there is a bathroom down the hall with a stand up shower. This would be private bathroom. The laundry room is also down the hall and this would be shared along with shared kitchen. So just to put this out there now there are no windows down there.

Basic cable, netflix, shaw High speed internet are included along with utilities etc. This would be month to month. The room is unfurnished. Parking is only available on the street as there is only 1 spot and my vehicles reside there.

I am looking for someone older who is a non smoker. Must like cats as I have cats unfortunately no more animals are allowed. Thw number 1 bus stop is about a 3 min walk away Superstore dollorama and safeway are about a 7-10minute walk along with numerous resturants. The river is also very close by if you like to go rafting etc.
