Available from May 1st, June 1st, August 1st and September 1st. Both short term (to August 31, 2026) or long term (yearly) rental available.



Garage parking with automatic door opener fob is available for extra.

Four rooms are advertised here:

1. Three bright (multiple, large room, full of natural light) 3rd floor rooms with shared bathroom (3-piece bathroom with toilet, sink and shower stall, shared with one other young York University student). One room with access to large roof-top terrace (balcony). Rent is $750, $840, and $900, all inclusive.

2. Bright, large 2nd floor room with a private ensuite bathroom. Rent is $1000 all inclusive.



WiFi and wired (RJ45 Ethernet port in room) internet included, ultra-high speed BELL Fibe 1.5 Gbps (Canada's fastest internet) unlimited is included.



** Very close to York University/Seneca College (1 minute walk), two TTC subway stations (Finch West and York University), walking distance to TTC bus and York school shuttle service.

** Hardwood floor through-out the house, no carpet

** Bright with large windows, full of natural light.

** Fully furnished with twin bed, mattress, mattress cover, wardrobe, bookcase, large desk, chair and curtain etc.

** Utility (hydro, water, natural gas, heating and cooling) is included in rent

** Best internet service is included including both wifi and wired (RG45 Ethernet port in the room) connection. We use Bell 1.5 Gigabits unlimited fiber optic internet.

** New kitchen with modern cooktop, stainless steel kitchen fan, and large clean refrigerator, shared. Enough kitchen cabinet space for storage. Small kitchen appliances (e.g. microwave oven, toaster, toaster oven, hot water kettleetc) are provided

** On-site laundry (washer and dryer), coin operated.



Price is all-inclusive (all utility, heating, cooling plus Bell gigabits internet both high speed wifi and wired connection via RJ45 port in room) except for laundry, which is coin operated ($2 per load washing or drying) located onsite in the basement.



Our house provides a quiet safe home for young persons to rest and focus on their individual endeavours. We're looking for a clean, quiet, polite, and gentle single female university student or recent graduates who will follow the following house rules:

1. Single occupancy.

2. No smoking (any substances)

3. No pet

4. No visitors (day, night or overnight)

5. No party

6. No sublease

7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.

8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use

9. Garbage recycling

10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
