You will be sharing the house with roommates who are engineers in their late 20s, they do not smoke or drink alcoholic, no drugs, no parties, no loud music, no pets and no smoking inside.

#1 One room $980 for one person is available in April 01, it is in the upper floor. The monthly rent is including all utilities and WIFI

#2 The other luxury huge bedroom for rent on the main floor in a very new house with hardwood floor, it has huge windows with view, The monthly rent is $1250 for one person, $1450 for two people available in March 20 or April 01, the monthly rent is including utilities and WIFI, the suite has two washrooms and one full big kitchen with refrigerators. The tenants in the house have to clean up right after they finish using the full kitchen and full washrooms.

All the tenants have to take turn to follow the clean up schedules.

I would prefer mature students .
People with working visa and full time employee are very welcome.
