We are looking for a female christian to share a brand new luxurious townhome. It is cheerful, very bright and spacious, with a nice open air floor plan. The kitchen is will equipped and everything you need to relax and cook a home cooked meal at the end of the day. When the weather gets warmer head upstairs to the roof top terrace and enjoy a barbecue or simply relax enjoy the sun.
In the living and kitchen area enjoy the high end finishing and new modern furniture. The home has in suite laundry and a space for your bike to enjoy the trail right at your front door. If you do drive we have underground secured parking which can be negotiated. We have excellent public transit with bus five minute walk and fifteen to sky train. It is just a short hop right to Metro town.

This room is for a single female only and all interviews in person. Room rental is for March 1st

I now have one room available the room has it’s own modern private bathroom.
The bedroom is fully equipped with bed desk and light.
The bedroom is also nice and bright and not a basement suite.
