It is a 4-minute drive from Algonquin College and a 6-minute bus ride. It is also an easy commute to Carleton University. The Merivale mall is 6–8 minutes away, giving you close access to a gym, various grocery stores, and fast food places.

It is an all-inclusive furnished apartment, including WiFi and amenities. There is a backyard, living room, kitchen and dining area. There are 1.5 bathrooms available to share between 2 other girls, as the person in the basement has their own private restroom. Additionally, the unit has a washer and dryer at no extra cost. Both front and back doors have keypads for easy access.

The bedroom has a wardrobe, queen-size bed, school desk, chair, Roku Tv and a lamp.
