Bedroom available for rent in a single detached house near Carleton University and Algonquin College for September 1 (an earlier move-in date is possible) on a street called Malibu Terrace. I am looking to rent the bedroom to a student for September 1 until the end of April 2026.

The bedroom measures approximately 110 square feet.

You would be living with 4 other female students (ages 20-22) who attend either Algonquin or Carleton.

One of the roommates has a cat and another one has a dog, so the house is pet-friendly.

You would be sharing a bathroom with two other students.

The house has really good public transportation to both Carleton University and to Algonquin College. The bus stop is a 2 min walk.

-parking for two cars in the driveway
-private backyard

The monthly rent includes all utilities and wifi.
