Female roommate wanted for a two-storey clean home (3 floors) just up from the Niagara River in Fort Erie in a very quiet neighbourhood. There are two private second floor furnished bedrooms available at $850 each (utilities/internet included) to rent October 1 (or earlier). Each room has a new queen bed and a key lock to keep your items safe. Note, I have three friendly cats. I lead a healthy lifestyle (no drugs/no alcohol) and work full time. Smoke-free and Perfume-free. You may spray perfumes/hairspray in your room only. The newly renovated upstairs bathroom does have a tub. All rooms have closets.

First and last month’s rent. The last month’s rent will secure your room. An employment letter or school letter of acceptance is required. We will be sharing the full home and the responsibilities of the home (no extra costs). There will be a signed lease agreement (6 month, one year, or adjusted to your school year).
