Female roommate wanted for a two-storey home just up from the Niagara River in Fort Erie in a very quiet neighbourhood. There are three private second floor bedrooms available at $850 each (utilities/internet included) to rent September 1. Note, I have three friendly cats. I lead a healthy lifestyle (no drugs/no alcohol) and work full time. Smoke-free and Perfume-free. You may spray perfumes/hairspray in your room only. The newly renovated upstairs bathroom does have a tub. All rooms have closets.

First and last month’s rent. The last month’s rent will secure your room. An employment letter, school letter of acceptance, or proof of income is required. We will be sharing the full home and the responsibilities of the home (no extra costs). There will be a signed lease agreement (6 month, one year, or adjusted to your school year).
