I am a recent-graduate of both NAIT and UofA working in the medical field/shiftwork and am looking for a female roommate or student to share the upper level house in a quiet well-kept neighbourhood (Dovercourt) in north central Edmonton. I love the house but am currently single and the rent is high. I am a female, late 20's, work shiftwork at the hospital, and am friendly and social but quiet and respectful of space. This is the ideal situation for a young professional or student. The house is close to NAIT and has direct-line transit to UofA. It is a newly-renovated two bedroom plus office with a large yard and includes the office and garage parking if needed. Move in anytime. The house is furnished, however, the bedroom is not (some furniture is available for the room if needed). $600/month includes utilities.
