It’s a duplex house. Main floor has furnished 5 separate rooms . It is kind of a girls hostel. Female students and professionals are the the current tenants. Only one room is available at this time from June 15, 2026.
Room rent is 900$/month ( including furnished room , heating, power, water, internet ) and a parking space.
It is furnished means in the room there is a single bed, reading table, with chair, a small dresser for cloths and a cloth organizer.
Kitchen has full cooking sets , bowls plates , the basic spices . 2 refrigerators are there in the unit, one in the kitchen along with stove and microwave. Small dining table with chairs are there in the kitchen. No dishwasher.
There are 2 full shared washrooms for the 5 occupants.
A shared Laundry room is in the building with separate entrance.
The house is closed to universities. Groceries, Giant tiger, bus stop is within the walking distance.
