About the apartment/room:
It's right opposite the Guy/Concordia metro (green line) and 15 minutes walk from both Attwater and Lucien-L'Allier metros (orange line).
It’s located on the SGW campus. It’s opposite JMSB, about 2 minutes away from Hall and Faubourg Buildings. It’s a 1-bedroom apartment and I’m renting out the living room space (there’s steps leading down to it and a banister separating it from the dining area and I’m putting up a blackout floor to ceiling, wall to wall curtain for privacy. There’s a laundry facility in the building, 24hour concierge, security, 24hour access mail room, a pool, restaurants and a supermarket in the building, there’s also a driving school in the building. The room is currently unfurnished but I can furnish it properly if you'd prefer for an added amount ($500 - $900 depending on your requests: a desk, chair, bed and mattress, side table, wardrobe/dresser, lamp. This payment can also be paid installmentally).
The rent per month is $850, includes heating, AC, microwave, high speed internet, furnishings if needed, hydro, water and hot water.
I'd prefer a long-term lessee who's available to move in by August (maybe even by the end of July)
Also the apartment is on the penultimate floor so the views are immaculate.
