Walking distance to lots of eateries on the 17th Ave with all the night-life (if you're a night person), a big park right next to the building, CIBC & Scotia banks, and a public library nearby (10 min by bus / 25 min walk)
Transit access :
3-min walk to bus routes (2/ 6/ 7/ 22/ 414) to go to downtown, SAIT/ U of C or further down south-west.
15-min walk to Sunalta & West-kerby C-train stations, if you like a quick walk.
About ourselves :
We are a matured, clean & polite couple (South-Indian) in our late 20's. I'm a vegetarian & my wife is non-vegetarian, but eats only chicken, lamb & fish. So, we don't want any other kind of meat cooking or storage in home.
Shared space :
Huge living area, kitchen & bathroom - spacious enough for accomodating 4-5 people & fully furnished with sofa, dining area & kitchen equipment.
Availability :
Starting from January 1st, 2025 - available for a 6-month period till June 30th, 2025 with a possibility to extend for another year in July, 2025.
Requirements :
We are looking for a clean, matured and responsible female individual (student/working professional) to blend in well with us (Preferably from indian community, but not mandatory). No smoking, No alochol & No pets please. Ocassional friends/guests is okay with prior notice (not over-night).
Bonus things :
January month's rent will be $600 only (all inclusive) as there's a person in living room for January only.
Also, can join us for grocery shopping in our car & ocassional trips to the mountains/nature with very minimal expense.
Extras :
Undergound/back alley parking is available for extra cost.
